从科技翻译的角度探讨术语学建设

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 本文从科技翻译角度探讨术语学建设问题。在分析翻译实践中标准化术语使用情况、术语特点与影响术语使用的因素之基础上,指出术语学的研究与建设应根据翻译实践的需求,拓宽研究领域,在大力推动术语标准化工作的同时,进行非标准化术语的研究工作,开展针对翻译人员的术语学知识教学。同时,还须重视面向翻译的术语库建设和翻译力量在术语学建设中的利用。

Abstract: This paper discusses the problem of terminology construction from the perspective of scientific translation. Based on the analysis of the use of standardized terms in translation practice, it indicates that the research areas in terminology be broadened, non-standardized terms be studied in addition to the standardization of terms and translators be educated in terminology knowledge. Meanwhile, the data bank of terms oriented to translation should be established and translators be well utilized in the construction of terminology.
