Abstract: The Chinese translation of “constitutive” is “zuchengde” which means “organized”.The author thinks the Chinese translation “zuchengde”can not reflect the correct meaning of “constitutive”,and suggests that “zuchengde” should be substituted by terms related to constant, continuous, or other terms of this kind.
