Abstract: Based on the necessity analysis of military terms construction, the author clarifies the main tasks in organizing the military terms series construction, establishing the military terms subject, promoting the military terms researches, strengthening the information technology of military terms, and completing the military terms legal systems. The author also puts forward some basic principles on military terms construction, including sticking to the demand guidance, tackling key problems jointly, putting quality as the priority, and emphasizing exploration and innovation.
