Abstract: With the advancement of computing and network technology, international exchanges on philosophy and social science(PaSS) are becoming more worldwide and terms are showing multilingual forms. In order to promote the formalization and standardization of terms, to increase the accuracy of term translation on PaSS, and to improve the skill of reading and writing in English, we investigate the construction method of English-Chinese bidirectional term dictionary system on PaSS and implement a Philopedia prototype system based on the B/S architecture.
