Abstract: Based on the different English terms translated from the Chinese word “lijiaoqiao”, we discussed the distinction of “lijiaoqiao” and the appropriate English translation. We also summarized problems existing in the English translation of “lijiaoqiao” and proposed suggestions for future translation.
