Abstract:

Language is the motivation of human thinking development and the inherent tool of scientific formation. The rational use of technical terms plays an important role in the development of science and technology. The development and change of terminology are different from those of the general language, so it is necessary to study the formation of the term and its concepts, so as to ensure the rational use of the term and its promoting role in the development of science and technology. In this regard, the selection, classification, and determination of concepts are necessary foundations for the construction of terminology, and the meaning of the elements (internal form and external form) of the term plays an important role in the concept. All of the above research work is the premise and foundation of terminology standardization.
