Abstract:

The employment of college graduates is a major concern for both society and families,as it is closely linked to overall economic development,social stability,and household well-being.Under current conditions,the number of university graduates continues to rise annually,while market demand for new hires shrinks,employers raise recruitment standards,and many students lack clear career planning.These factors have led to phenomena such as “slow employment” and “delayed employment.” In light of this issue,talking pharmacy majors as a case example,this study applies SWOT analysis to examine employment challenges and proposes related solutions.
