Abstract: The secondary resources collection and utilization is one of the important parts in the development of recycling economy,the enviromental protection and the founding of the resource economizing society. As one of the new scientific fields, the secondary resource recycling science and technology stimulates and leades the developing and progressing of comprehensive resource utilization industry. And the international scientific and technological information exchange and co-operation in this field has aroused and promoted the using of specialized technical terms in the translational activities, also stimuletes the needs for translators. At the same time, the necessary generalizing of using these terms in the practice and practice of translation in this field offers the translators a useful experience and helps them raise the level of translation in the given field.
