What is the Formula for Ammonia Water?

Abstract: The molecular formula for ammonia water has been NH4OH or NH3·H2O.However,the author of this paper reasoned out to recommend that we might better and simply write NH3 as the formula for ammonia water,neither NH4OH nor NH3·H2O instead.
