The Translation of “Cheng shi bing”

Abstract: Starting from the definition of the Chinese term “Cheng shi bing”, the author discusses the various translations of this expression and then points out the inadequacies in them. Finally, the author offers his own translation of “Cheng shi bing” based on meticulous investigation.
