Abstract: Since E. Wüster put forward the "TGT" theory in 1930s, it has been considered as the most authoritative and unshakeable theory in the terminological study. However, there are more and more queries on TGT in recent years, and the representative is the "TCT" theory. TCT was raised e by Dr. Cabré, the authority in Spanish terminological study. Dr. Cabré put forward a series of queries and critiques to TGT and brought about a great deal of attentions from terminological researchers. To strengthen our knowledge on TCT and the queries, this paper illustrates those key points concerning the queries and critiques of "TCT" to "TGT".
