Abstract: Military terminology (MT) presents a challenge in the military translation. The correct rendering of MT entails not only adequate storage of subject knowledge, but also a proper workflow of translation. During the translating process, a military translator should fully understand the content of the source text, understand MT in the specific context, and properly translate the military terms.
