Abstract: Domain terminology embodies the kernel knowledge of a particular subject area. Its development also reflects the advance of the relevant subject area. Apart from some common characteristics, terminologies from different subject areas have their respective features. The study of the features of Military terminology has both theoretical and practical significance in the military-oriented application of natural language processing, such as information retrieval, information extraction, data mining, and so on.
