“Tianzhu(天主)” Is the Best Chinese Translation of “Deus(God)”

Abstract: There are three popular Chinese translation of Holy Bible in China mainland: “Shangdi” version and “Shen” version from Protestant Church, which uses “Shangdi” and “Shen” to translate “Deus (God)”; and the Studium Biblicum (Si Gao Sheng Jing) version from Catholic Church, which uses “Tianzhu” to translate “Deus(God)”. The author argues that “Tianzhu” is the best Chinese translation for “Deus (God)”.
