Abstract:

Based on the terminology theory, this paper proposes preliminary ideas for the construction of the Chinese-English-Russian terminology database in ship-to-sea nuclear fields, and analyzes the feasibility and applicability of the term-base construction. We design a model on building a dynamic Chinese-English-Russian terminology knowledge base in ship-sea-nuclear fields. This article focuses on the analysis of the theoretical principles of terminological database construction, data source of terminology database and knowledge structure design, terminology database construction process, and updating and maintenance. The construction of the terminology database requires discipline experts, terminologists, and language workers to work together to complete the work. We hope to build a term-base that can share resources, lay a scientific and rigorous foundation for discipline development, and provide professional language information services for international academic exchanges.
