On the New Translation of “fazhi Zhongguo”

Abstract:

In the Third Plenary Session of the 18 ^th Central Committee, “fazhi Zhongguo” was established to be the goal of promoting the rule of law and the unifying and leading concept in Chinese legal discourse. “fazhi Zhongguo” is a totally unique Chinese expression and its translation shall be set according to the philosophy of China to take the initiative in discourse communication. The translation shall be concise in structure and stressed in pronouncing. The implication of “zhi” shall be more underlined while “fa” is not necessarily to be translated. This paper offers China of Order to make the original connotation and charm fully expressed.
