Abstract: this paper introduces the concept of climate change via climate variability, the causes of human-induced climate change, and the process and efforts made by international community to address climate change. Intensive negotiations on sharing of responsibilities and obligations on addressing climate change among Parties have been on in past decades. There is still long way to go for international community to seek ways out for addressing climate change.
