Concept and Prospect of CDM (Collaborative  Decision Making) of Civil Aviation

Abstract

Abstract: This paper introduces the concept and background in the field of civil aviation CDM (Collaborative Decision Making). Based on the instructions of air traffic flow management in the United States and other developed countries, the paper gives the prospect of CDM application in China. With further use of CDM by air traffic management, airports, airlines and other related departments, it is possible to improve flight efficiency and reduce flight delays.
