Abstract: Cloud patent is a patent protecting the technology of cloud computing; Cloud patent examination is a patent information administration method developed on the technology of cloud computing, and is also the cloud that covers the global patent examination information. They are both the inevitable results of the combination of “cloud computing” and intellectual property. The arrival of “cloud patent” and “cloud patent examination” havesignificant impact on the guarantee of healthy and orderly development of “cloud computing”.
