Abstract:

China’s real estate sector has undergone complicated changes, and the related translation of complicated real estate terminology is a major task. Based on the characteristics of the translation of real estate terms, this paper divides real estate terms into general real estate terms and real estate terms without equivalents, and then analyzes the importance of parallel text and translation compensation in their translation process through examples. The aim is to achieve the conceptual equivalence and semantic equivalence of term translation.
