Abstract

Abstract: This paper,based on the International Rules for the Interpretation of Trade Terms published by International Chamber of Commerce in 1999，briefly makes explanations on 13 terms of international trade and their chines versions. The differences between 〖STBX〗Incoterms 2000 and Incoterms 1990〖STBZ〗,which have not been paid enough attention to,are discussed.
