Review of China’s Terminology Researches on Information Science

Abstract

Abstract: While selecting the terms of information science, we encountered many problems that seldom occurred in other research fields. Taking the basic terms, such as “information” and “intelligence”, we selected the related terminology research articles, and gave reviews based on researchers’ perspective, literature verification, abroad information community, renaming history, etc. We Chinese researchers could get a consensus in the term use of information science.
