Abstract: As the practitioners of science and technology and the disseminators of knowledge, persons engaged in scientific research are the important part on the localization and nationalization of term.Mr. Qian is one of the most eminent scientists in the twentieth century,and he is the outstanding representative of the older generation of scientists. Mr. Qian created and translated a number of terms. Many of them have become the important terms in science.
