Abstract: Chinese psychology terminology has three characteristics:the basic conceptual system is borrowed from western psychology;terminology translation plays a significant role in term creation;the translation and use of psychology terms need to be standardized. According to Saussure’s theory, terminology translation strategies can be divided into three categories: “signifier” level, “signified” level,fusion level of “signifier” and “signified”.
