On the Confusing Translation of Terminology in Intercultural Communication

Abstract

Abstract: “Intercultural Communication” is a key term in intercultural communication, so the paper conducts a thorough research into its connotation, scope, translations, and causes for different Chinese versions for the same term. Based on the above analysis, a conclusion is drawn that only by persistence and cooperation of scholars in the fields can intercultural communication and translation of terms concerned have a bright future.
