Should the Legal Term “Discovery” Be Translated as“Pilu”?

Abstract: Discovery, a term in Anglo-American law is frequently translated into “Pilu” , which gives rise to homonymous term in Chinese legal terminology. This paper, on the basis of concept analysis, proposes one to one correspondence translation of discovery, disclosure and their counterparts respectively.
