苗菊(1955—),女,南开大学外国语学院教授、博士生导师,翻译学研究中心主任。主要研究方向为当代西方翻译理论的流派与要略,翻译学科体系的发展与科学方法,在国内翻译学术界倡导描述性和实证翻译研究,开拓数字时代翻译研究的多学科发展。出版专著、译著3部,发表学术论文40余篇,承担省部、国家级科研立项5项,2015年立项国家社会科学基金重大项目“双语术语知识库建设与应用研究”任首席专家。曾任渥太华大学翻译学院中国高校咨询专家,维也纳大学非欧盟成员讲学计划客座教授。通信方式: jumiaonankai@163.com。

摘要：

构建“一带一路”倡议专题的双语术语知识库,其背景是数字时代的语言基础设施建设,从而整合信息资源,提供知识服务体系,实现数字时代以信息传播技术应用为特征的信息知识传播与承载,以利于经济文化等方面的国际交流与区域合作。建立术语知识库的关键在于知识本体的创建过程,本文旨在研究“一带一路”倡议专题双语术语知识库的本体构建方法和操作流程,以本体实例为其他专业领域术语知识库的建库理论和实践应用提供借鉴和参考,促进知识资源的共享利用和重复性使用,为相关的学术科研、翻译实践、对外宣传等活动提供知识服务。

Abstract:

The construction of the bilingual terminological knowledge base for the Belt and Road Initiative is situated in the background of the construction of language resources infrastructures in the digital age. The objectives are to integrate information resources and to provide knowledge service systems, leading to the realization of information and knowledge dissemination and reservation featured with the application of information communication technology in the digital age. This in turn will facilitate international communication and regional cooperation with regard to economy and culture. The crucial work for the construction of the terminological knowledge base lies in building the knowledge ontology and its relevant methodological concerns.This paper presents the fulfillment of a research concerning the construction of the bilingual terminological knowledge base for the Belt and Road Initiative, and provides theoretical and methodological research with an elaborated illustration of building the ontology contributing to the construction of terminological knowledge bases for different subjects and fields. The ultimate goal is to promote the shareability and reusability of open knowledge resources providing knowledge service systems in academic research, translation practice and global communication.
