摘要： 一般认为,医学翻译属于科技翻译,通常以“忠实、通顺”为翻译标准,但实际上,伦理问题同样是其中不容忽视的因素。在传达医学信息的同时,医学术语翻译也应遵循主流的伦理价值。

Abstract: Medical translation, categorized as sci-tech translation, is generally supposed to follow the criteria of “faithfulness” and “expressiveness”, while ethics are also to be taken into account in the process. When conveying medical information, translation of medical terminologies should also abide by mainstream ethics.
