摘要： 军语概念体系的框架编制是军语编纂工作中的一个重要基础环节,应主要把握科学性、实用性、特色性、创新性、规范性的原则,以确保框架分类合理、特色鲜明、操作便利。

Abstract: The framework and structure of military terms concept system is a fundamental part in military terms compilation. In order to make the framework reasonable classification and convenient operation, the principles should be scientific, practical, characteristic, innovative, and normative.
