摘要：

介绍了无人驾驶汽车的概念、典型结构,以及从专利视角分析的该领域发展现状;探讨了无人驾驶汽车的发展在法律法规、可靠性、伦理三个层面所面临的主要问题;提出无人驾驶汽车是未来汽车发展的趋势。

关键词: 无人驾驶汽车, 自动驾驶, 专利, 法律法规, 可靠性, 伦理

Abstract:

This paper introduces the conception and typical construction of autonomous driving vehicle, and analyzes the present situation of autonomous driving vehicle from the view of patent. We also discussed the main problems of laws and regulations, reliability, and ethics during the development of autonomous driving vehicle, and think that the trend of developing autonomous vehicle cannot be traversed.
