摘要:
花椰菜是从欧洲传入中国的一种蔬菜。其汉语名称有多种,如“花椰菜”“花菜”“菜花”等。其中“花椰菜”出现最早,大约见于19世纪20年代。这一名称一直使用至今,而且还成了汉语中用来表示这种植物的正式名称。

Abstract:
Cauliflower is a vegetable that enters China from Europe. There are many Chinese names,such as“ huayecai”,“huacai”, and “caihua”. Among them, “huayecai” appeared at the earliest,about in the 1820s. This name has been used ever since,and it has become the standard term used to represent this plant in Chinese.
