Reviewing the Naming of Scientific Term Composed of “jixie”

Abstract

Abstract:

The term composed of Chinese word “ jixie” also has a meaning associated with the role of the force or the concept of “mechanics”,and phrases composed of this meaning are mostly named “ jixie××”. Ignoring the concept and changing “jixie××” to “lixue××” is often not correct. Moreover, this paper expounds the reason that mechanical testing is named “jixieshiyan”.
