Abstract:

As an important component of vocational education,the standardization of terminology system in vocational English education is of great significance for teaching practice,academic exchange,and international development.However,there are problems in the current field of vocational English education,such as inconsistent terminology expression,vague concept definition,and insufficient cross-cultural adaptability.Based on corpus linguistics methods and the standardization theory of terminology,this article explores the standardization path of vocational English education terminology,proposes principles of simplification,consensus,and applicability,and uses corpus analysis tools to extract,compare,and optimize high-frequency terminology,in order to promote the scientific and systematic development of vocational English education terminology.
