摘要： 近年来，“禽流感”成了一个使用频率极高的词，同时衍生出了“人类禽流感”“人间禽流感”等表示“人类感染的高致病性禽流感”之义的异名同实术语。文章从术语学、语言学的角度对这些术语进行了分析，并根据语料考察了它们的实际使用情况，指出了这些术语取舍存留的主要原因。
