This article examines the naming, translation, dissemination and construction of relevant terms based on the procedural characteristics of terminology application and from the perspective of cultural security. The author points out that due to the failure to combine scientific, humanist and linguistic principles in a timely manner, negative dissemination and construction occur in the west, which jeopardizes the cultural security of China.
