Abstract:

In the process of development from ChatGPT to Sora, many new terms have emerged. Some of these terms have been translated into Chinese, while some still use the original English. This paper points out these issues, hoping to draw everyone’s attention.In the process of development from ChatGPT to Sora, many new terms have emerged. Some of these terms have been translated into Chinese, while others still use the original English text. On the basis of analyzing the relevant technologies and concepts of these new terms, the author discusses their Chinese names and points out that a large number of new terms cannot be localized in a timely and efficient manner, which poses new challenges to the standardization of terminology in China. It is expected that the academic community will pay attention to this issue together.
