摘要： “回扣”是一核心法律术语,然而,就该术语概念的准确把握与使用而言,其现状却并不乐观。对该术语的法理辨析有助于准确理解“回扣”及相关术语并规范英译。

Abstract: The legal term “huikou” is frequently used in legal studies and closely related to people's daily life. However, the accurate understanding and application of this term does not go well in reality. A detailed legal analysis of the origin is helpful to the translation of “huikou” and its related terms.
