Abstract:

Higher education is facing new challenges from student-centered educational innovation.Due to the emphasis on personalized and differentiated education in the student-centered education model，existing teaching terms need to be reconstructed and innovated.This study systematically investigated the application and construction of teaching terminology in universities through literature research，interviews，and field investigations.The research found that current teaching terminology cannot meet the needs of student-centered education models and needs to be moderately restructured to adapt to new models.Vocabulary related to students’ personality and learning style choices，such as student self-development，personalized learning，collaborative learning，and guided learning，particularly need to be reshaped and innovated.
