摘要: 随着电子技术的发展,已经开发了各种类型的显示装置。柔性显示以其轻薄、可弯曲、携带方便等优点,成为近年来显示技术发展的新方向,在目前的显示领域中迅速发展并且已经被引用到诸多的产品中去。OLED器件成为柔性显示的关键技术。文章综述了柔性显示设备以及柔性OLED设备的研究现状,阐述了目前的研究重点和未来的研究方向。

Abstract: With the development of electronic technology, various types of display devices are developed. Flexible display devices become the new direction of display technology development. The advantages of devices are thin, flexible and easy to carry, so these devices develop rapidly and are introduced into many products recently. OLED display devices become the key technology of flexible display devices. This paper reviews the researching status of flexible display devices, and elaborates the important issues and trends of related research in the future.
