摘要： 全息术是一种获取三维影像的技术,显微镜是观察微小物体的工具,而数字全息显微术就是将全息术与显微镜相结合的技术。文章介绍了数字全息显微术的原理、特点以及应用。

Abstract: Holography is the technology to get three-dimensional image of a object. Microscope is the tool to observe a micro-object. Digital holographic microscopy combines the holography and microscopy. The article introduces the principle, characteristics and application of the digital holographic microscopy.
