摘要:

文章以北京冬奥组委发布的冬奥术语平台 V3 版中的3169条冬奥体育术语为原始语料,利用MIP隐喻表达识别步骤对其进行隐喻术语识别。以识别出的411条隐喻型冬奥体育术语为研究对象,以扩展概念隐喻理论为研究框架,从亚个体层级、超个体层级及个体层级三个层次对隐喻型冬奥体育术语进行认知解析,旨在揭示隐喻型术语获取相关概念和建立意义的认知途径、认知机制及认知整合过程。此研究一方面加强了冬奥体育术语的可理解性,另一方面为冬季项目体育赛事的语言服务提供参考,助力冰雪运动的普及,提高我国冬季体育项目的国际话语权。

Abstract:

In this paper, we extracted 3169 terms of Winter Olympic sports as the original corpus from the V3 online platform of the Winter Olympics Terminology released by the Beijing Organizing Committee. Utilizing the MIP metaphor identification procedure, 411 metaphorical Winter Olympic sports terms were identified. Employing the Extended Conceptual Metaphor Theory as the theoretical framework, we explored the cognitive understanding of metaphorical Winter Olympic sports terms at three levels: subindividual, supraindividual, and individual. The aim is to reveal the cognitive processes, mechanisms, and integration involved in acquiring concepts and establishing meaning for metaphorical terms. On one hand, this research enhances the comprehensibility of Winter Olympic sports terms; on the other hand, it provides references for language services in winter sports events, contributing to the popularization of ice and snow sports and elevating China’s international discourse power in winter sports games.
