摘要:

法理学术语教学是法学教育的基础环节,其教学效能直接关涉法律思维能力的形成。文章基于概念建构理论框架,系统解构法理学术语的抽象层级特征、体系关联机制与语境依赖规律,并提出包含术语要素解构、分层认知引导、实务语境嵌入及动态评价反馈的教学策略框架。研究表明,该策略能有效提升学生对核心术语的结构化理解与应用能力,突破传统教学中概念认知的碎片化局限。研究结果为优化法学术语教学提供了系统化方案,对法学教育改革具有重要参考价值。

Abstract:

The teaching of legal terminology is a fundamental part of legal education,and its teaching effectiveness directly relates to the formation of legal thinking ability.Based on the conceptual construction theory framework,this paper systematically deconstructs the abstract hierarchical characteristics,system correlation mechanisms,and contextual dependence laws of legal terminology,and proposes a teaching strategy framework that includes terminology element deconstruction,hierarchical cognitive guidance,practical context embedding,and dynamic evaluation feedback.Research has shown that this strategy can effectively enhance students’ structured understanding and application ability of core terminology,breaking through the fragmented limitations of conceptual cognition in traditional teaching.The research results provide a systematic plan for optimizing the teaching of legal terminology and have important reference value for the reform of legal education.
