Abstract:

Codification is a legislative activity to organize laws and construct a system.The codification of the education code requires the selection of a constructive education code model as the body structure.The selection of core terms should be centered on three aspects：the codification experience of the Civil Code，the value connotation of the terms extracted from the Constitution and other separate laws on education，and the degree of completeness of the system of general provisions.Three core terms are selected：“educational legal relationship” based on the legal attributes of education，“educational legal behavior” based on the character of the core terms，and “educational legal responsibility” based on the degree of completeness of the general rules system.
