摘要:

汽车制造术语更新快、来源复杂、技术壁垒高,造车术语口译一直是汽车口译中的瓶颈问题。对造车术语口译问题研究不足,译员培养方式滞后,制约了中国造车走出去的步伐。文章基于造车口译实践,总结当前汽车制造术语翻译混乱的原因,探索人工智能时代Gen AI工具赋能汽车制造口译实践的可能性,为Gen AI工具融入机辅口译教学、提升学生术语口译质量提供参考。

Abstract:

The terminology in automotive manufacturing evolves rapidly,originates from diverse sources,and presents significant technical barriers,making the interpretation of automotive manufacturing terms a persistent challenge in automotive interpreting.The lack of research on this issue,coupled with outdated interpreter training methods,further constrains China’s efforts to expand its automotive industry internationally.Based on current interpreting practices in automotive manufacturing terminology,this paper examines the causes of terminological inconsistencies,and explores the potential of Gen AI tools in enhancing interpretation practices in the era of artificial intelligence.
