Research and Recommendation on the Terms in Electrical Energy Storage Standards

摘要:

随着各类新型储能技术和应用规模的快速发展,电力储能标准的数量近年来快速增长。但由于前期缺少统一的术语标准,加之储能技术快速迭代、储能应用多样、储能规模快速扩张等多种因素,近年发布的电力储能标准与早期发布的标准之间,甚至近年发布的标准之间,存在一个术语对应多个定义、一个概念有多个术语以及不符合现代汉语的表达习惯等问题。不规范术语的存在既不利于标准的协调和推广应用,也可能在工程实践中引起一些纠纷。在制订行业标准《电力储能标准术语》的过程中,通过梳理与汇总国内外40多个电力储能标准中的300多个术语及其定义,使用术语学的中国学派的理论框架进行语料分析,明确提出标准术语确立的单义性、透明性、名词性、表意性、历时性和双音性等6条原则,并结合储能技术发展的现状和趋势,对电力储能术语提出建议,由此取得的经验也为其他领域的术语工作提供借鉴。

Abstract:

With the rapid development of various new energy storage technologies and its application scales, the number of electrical energy storage standards has been growing rapidly in recent years. However, due to the lack of unified terminology standards for energy storage in the early stage, coupled with various factors such as rapid iteration of energy storage technologies, the definition of terms used in some of the electrical energy storage standards released in recent years and those released earlier are not conform to the modern Chinese expression. The existence of diverse forms and non-standard terms is not only detrimental to the coordination and promotion of the application of the standards, but also may cause some disputes in engineering practice. In the process of formulating the industry standard Electrical Energy Storage Standard Terminology, the organizers sorted and summarized more than 300 terms defined in more than 40 electrical storage standards based on the theoretical framework of the Chinese school of terminology for data analysis, and proposed six principles of monosemy, transparency, nominative, ideographic, historic and dysyllabic for the establishment of the standard terminology. Combined with the current situation and trend of the development of energy storage technology, the Organizers also put forward suggestions on the definition of power storage terminology, which can provide reference for optimizing and improving the standard terminology system of power storage in China.
