摘要： 为了在英汉互译(尤其是汉译英)实践中,能够准确翻译好"协会"一词,对英语中的协会词进行较系统地梳理,旨在构建"协会"英译策略。

Abstract: In ChineseEnglish translation practice,“xiehui” is a term coped with frequently.In view of the fact there is no onetoone correspondence，this paper makes a systematic study of the English words with the meaning of “xiehui” in Chinese before coming up with a strategy of how to translate it most appropriately in different contexts.
