摘要: 分子印迹技术是一种制备对特定分子具有专一识别性能的聚合物的技术,具有惊人的专一识别性,已获得持续关注。采用沉淀聚合法、表面印迹法、溶胀聚合法、悬浮聚合法等可制备多种形态的分子印迹聚合物。分子印迹技术已经在食品中农药残留、兽药残留检测分析、食品非法添加物质检测分析以及食品活性功效成分分离领域得到广泛应用。

Abstract: Molecular imprinting technology is becoming increasingly recognized as a powerful technology of preparing synthetic polymers that contain tailor made recognition sides for certain molecules. It has excellent recognition ability to the target molecule. Many approaches have been used for preparing different molecular imprinted polymer, such as precipitation polymerization, surface Imprinting, swelling polymerization and suspension polymerization. Molecular Imprinting Technology has an extensive application in pesticide residues, veterinary drug residues of testing progress, analysis technology of illegal additives in food and the separation and purification of functional components from food.
