摘要：

经过多年的逐步探索实践,我军军语工作已基本形成了体系化设计、工程化实施、常态化发展的机制。文章阐述了该机制构建的重要意义,介绍了该机制构建的基本情况,提出了完善该机制的两点思考,以期该机制不断创新发展,充分发挥效益。

Abstract:

After years of gradual exploration and practice, the military terms work has formed the systematic design, engineering implementation and normalized development mechanism. This paper discusses the important significance of this mechanism, introduces the general situation of mechanism building and proposes two insights on perfecting the mechanism, in an effort to strengthen the innovative development of the mechanism and fully exert its effectiveness.
