摘要:

在护理教育领域,教学模式创新持续推进。文章聚焦术语规范化与典型工作任务整合,探索高职护理实训教学的优化路径。通过构建“任务驱动—情境探究”双轨模式,将护理学基础中的“生命体征测量”“导尿术”等典型工作任务转化为标准化操作单元,并融入“基础技能层—综合应用层—临床实践层”三级能力培养体系。研究通过术语辨析、热词新词应用及“院—校双境沉浸式”培养,实现护理知识、技能与职业素养的有机融合,为高职护理人才培养提供术语规范化与实践教学创新的参考范式。

Abstract:

In the field of nursing education,the innovation of teaching models has been continuously advanced.This study focuses on the standardization of terms and the integration of typical work tasks,exploring the optimization path of practical training teaching in higher vocational nursing.By constructing a dual-track model of “task-driven-situational exploration”,typical work tasks such as “vital sign measurement” and “catheterization” in “Fundamentals of Nursing” are transformed into standardized operation units and integrated into the three-level ability cultivation system of “basic skills layer-comprehensive application layer-clinical practice layer”.The research achieves the organic integration of nursing knowledge,skills and professional qualities through term discrimination,the application of hot and new words,and the “hospital-school dual-environment immersive” training,providing a reference model for the standardization of terms and the innovation of practical teaching in the cultivation of nursing talents in higher vocational colleges.
