语言产业视角下术语资源开发策略研究

Development and Application of Terminology Resources from the Perspective of Language Industry

摘要:

术语资源相对于自然语言资源而言,是经过专业加工的特殊语言资源。如果我们将这一次加工看作一个命名、规范化的过程,那么,以其为对象开展的产品化、商品化过程,可以称为二次加工。文章探讨了对术语资源进行二次加工的逻辑起点和内在机理,认为术语产品分为非营利性质的公共术语产品和营利性质的术语商品,对术语资源进行产品化、商品化开发,是实现包括公共术语服务在内的整体术语服务走向良性、高质量、可持续发展的必然要求;在此基础上,文章从语言产品、语言需求、语言产品消费与供给等语言产业研究视角对术语产品开发策略进行了探讨。

Abstract:

Compared to natural language resources, terminology resources are specialized language resources that have been processed professionally. If we consider this processing as a naming and standardization process, then, turning terminology resources into products is the second processing. Based on exploring the logical starting point and internal mechanism of the terminology resources’ secondary processing, we think terminology products can be divided into non-profit public goods and for-profit language goods. Developing terminology resources is an inevitable requirement for achieving the overall benignization, high-quality, and sustainable development of terminology services. On this basis, the development strategy of terminology products is discussed from the perspective of Language industry, such as language products, language demand, language product consumption and supply.
